  We accept many insurance plans, but please confirm with your insurance plan that the provider you will be seeing is "in network" with your insurance prior to being seen for an appointment.

  At Green State Psychiatry, we are committed to transparency in our billing practices. In accordance with the No Surprises Act, individuals without insurance or those who prefer not to use their insurance have the right to a Good Faith Estimate outlining the anticipated cost of services. Current patients can review this estimate on our “Combined Green State Psychiatry Practice Docs” document in the “Files” section of the practice portal.  For new patients, please indicate your interest in receiving a Good Faith Estimate when scheduling your Psychiatric Assessment.
