Founded in 2020, Green State Psychiatry is dedicated to delivering high-quality psychiatric care to the people of Vermont. Our convenient location at 595 Dorset Street #4 allows us to offer both in-office and video appointments, ensuring accessible and flexible care for our patients.

Green State Psychiatry offers Psychiatric Evaluations and ongoing Psychiatric follow-up appointments when indicated.

We also specialize in deprescribing, a vital aspect of mental health care. Deprescribing involves carefully assisting individuals in reducing or discontinuing psychiatric medications when the time is right, promoting a balanced and healthy approach to mental health management.

Green State Psychiatry offers Psychiatric treatment throughout the lifespan, providing treatment to Child, Adolescents, and Adults.
